CONFORMATION
Deadline for the reception of entries: Monday, November 4, 2019 (at 11:59 pm)
Past deadline entries: from Tuesday, November 5 to Thursday, November 7, 2019 (until 1:59 pm)
Should there be enough space, late entries will be accepted.

ANCCE CUP FOR DRESSAGE
Deadline for the reception of entries: November 4, 2019 (at 11:59 pm)
Horses involved in rotations: Tuesday, November 5 to Thursday, November 7, 2019 (until 1:59 pm)
Once the entry deadline has been reached, the corresponding rotation will be applied for the ANCCE Cup for Dressage to complete the various levels, depending on the schedule, availability of arenas, etc..
Those horses that were not previously qualified in their levels and that failed to send in the corresponding entry form will be removed from the list.

ENTRY FEES FOR THE VARIOUS CONFORMATION DISCIPLINES
- Full-fledged Members: €125 for the first three horses, and €110 as of the fourth horse and thereafter.
- Associate Members: €180
- All other Participants: €300
- Horses entered past the deadline: any other case €400.

- Full-fledged Members: €120
- All other Participants: €150

- Full-fledged Members: €120

ANCCE CUP FOR CARRIAGE DRIVING
- Full-fledged Members: 4-in-hand: €250; Pairs: €200; Singles: €150.

The entry fee for the first two horses is €120 each; the third horse and thereafter is €110 each.

-- Entries and registrations will be considered confirmed once full payment has been made. Once this payment has been made, said amount will not be returned, whatever the circumstance, once the final deadline has been reached.

-- If you are interested in reserving a tack room, it will cost €200 for full-fledged members and €300 for all others participants. Remember that tack rooms are subject to availability. Neither ANCCE nor the organizers of SICAB may be held responsible for theft from tack rooms.

-- To safeguard against theft and/or similar incidences, tack rooms (construction sheds) with lock and key are available. The rental fee for full-fledged members is €400 and €500 for all other participants. Remember that there are a limited number of sheds; these may be shared by more than one stud farm/breeder. As was the case last year, and given the damage to sheds at previous editions, a €150 security deposit will be charged, which is not included in the contracting fee. This amount will be returned once the keys are returned and the shed is in the same condition as when it was initially turned over. Nevertheless, should damages exceed the €150 deposit said damages will be invoiced by the firm providing the service.

Remember that 21% VAT will be added to all fees indicated, whether entry forms or the reservation of stalls or shed.

The reception of horses will not be authorized outside this schedule, under any circumstance.

- DOCUMENTATION TO BE PRESENTED
Original PRE Passport, photocopy of said passport and official veterinarian certification of disinfestation in origin, as well as all other 2019 animal health and well-being mandates.

- DEPARTURE OF HORSES
As of Sunday, the 24th of November, as of 7:00 pm, horse may leave, except in the case of specific authorization on behalf of the SICAB Organizing Committee and with the authorization of the official competition veterinarian). All horses must have left the SICAB 2019 grounds before Monday, the 25th of November at 2:00 pm. As of that moment, the Organizing Committee will not take any responsibility for the safety of horses.

DRESSAGE

Level 4 years: Preliminary 4 years and Final 4 years.
Level 5 years: Preliminary 5 years and Final 5 years.
Level 6 years: Preliminary 6 years and Final 6 years.
Level 7 years: Preliminary 7 years and Final 7 years.
Level Prix St. Georges: Prix St. Georges and Kür (Freestyle) Inter I.
Level Grand Prix: Grand Prix and Kür Grand Prix.

The awards for the ANCCE Cup for Dressage in the categories 4, 5, 6, 7 years, Prix St. Georges and Grand Prix shall be distributed as follows:

Juniors competing in these competitions receive no economic reward.

The classification is the average of the two days, and in the case of a tie, the will be the participant with the highest average on the second day. Should the tie persist, they will both be considered winners.
Should there be less than three participants, there would be no economic award.

SHOW JUMPING
Juniors: U12 and U14. This test is open to U12 and U14 riders. Winners will only win a medal and when entering the arena to perform, Juniors will be the first to enter.
Open or Major Test: open to all participants, including juniors.

Day 1             0.80 m.                   1.10 m.
Day 2             1.00 m.                   1.20 m.

The daily tests will be judged according to Scale A with a stop watch. For the final classification, the scores for both tests will be tallied. Should there be a tie after the final tally among any of the first five places in the Open Category, or the top three of the Junior Category, a timed tie-break will be held on the second day.

The prize money will be distributed as follows for the Major Test:



Minors participating in the Major Test (Prueba Grande) will receive no economic reward.

Awards will be given once the competition concludes on the second day, on horseback in the competition arena.
Major Test: the top 3 winners will enter the arena.
Junior Test: the top 3 winners, together will all junior participants, will enter the arena.

Horses participating in Show Jumping must leave SICAB grounds on Wednesday, the 20th of November, once the competition has concluded.


CARRIAGE DRIVING
Whips may enter in the category for Singles, Pairs and 4-in-hand (Teams)
Tests: Cones, Marathon and Dressage
The prize money will be distributed among the winners as follows:



TRADITIONAL CARRIAGE DRIVING
To be held on Friday, the 22nd of November.

Entering this discipline has no entry fee, as these horses use no stalls.
As has been the case at previous editions, the reception of horses/carriages will be in the truck parking lot, which is right behind Pavilion 3. Once the test has concluded, horses and carriages shall leave the venue.

Due to insurance concerns, all participants must be registered with an Equestrian Federation or have their own liability/accident insurance policy.

To enter this discipline, fill out the single SICAB Entry Form, specifying in “observations” box: TRADICIÓN (Traditional Carriage Driving).

WORKING EQUITATION

The Champion of the ANCCE Cup for Working Equitation will the horse/rider pair with the highest score earned by tallying the scores from each test.
When presenting the entry form, priority will be given to horses qualified for the ANCCE Cup for Working Equitation.

EXHIBITION COMPETITION

This competition is freestyle. The Exhibition may cover any sport or artistic category or style, but limited to six (6) minutes. The entry must include a brief explanation of the performance, as well as the music chosen. Due to insurance concerns, all participants must be registered with an Equestrian Federation or have their own liability/accident insurance policy. A copy of the insurance policy must be sent to ANCCE.

The prize money will be distributed as follows:



SIDESADDLE COMPETITION

Sidesaddle riders may participate in any of the three categories, including Vaquera, Spanish High School or Dressage, with there being two categories in each. The classification is according to levels. Participation is open to any age, both regarding the horse and the rider. This test will be held if and when there are at least three (3) contestants in a given level. All participants, both horse and rider, must be registered with the Equestrian Federation. A valid regional license must be presented

Dressage Sidesaddle
Level: Promotion 1
Level: Promotion 3
Mouthpiece: snaffle or snaffle and bit

Spanish High School Sidesaddle
Level: Young Horse Kür
Level: Intermediate Kür
Authorized mouthpieces allowed at all three (3) levels include: snaffle or snaffle and bit, vaquero, or Portuguese snaffle; must be BLACK-OXIDIZED.

Doma Vaquera Sidesaddle
Level: Alevines (U12)
Level: Infantiles (U14)
Mouthpiece: classic vaquera bit

To seek an economic reward, there must be at least three (3) participants in each level

GENERAL INFORMATION
All breeders participating in SICAB with horses entered in the Conformation and Exhibition Competition will receive two (2) invitations for each participating horse. Breeders who enter horses in the ANCCE Cup Final for Dressage, Doma Vaquera, Spanish High School, Show Jumping, Working Equitation, Sidesaddle, Carriage Driving and the Exhibition Competition will receive two (2) invitations per horse entered and when that horse is not already entered in the Conformation Competition.

Please be informed that this year, requests “Junto a” (Next/Adjacent to) will not be honored, as each triangle with stalls and the stable area will be organized according to disciplines.

As has been the case at previous venues, breeders may purchase hard feed, oats, hay, alfalfa, straw and shavings as needed. Initial bedding is provided by the organizers, free of charge.

For the organizers, prize money is considered the gross amount. All applicable tax deductions will be applied as established by the legislation of Spain.

- Federation License
All participants, whatever the discipline, both horses and riders must have an Equestrian Federation license (valid regional license).

- Life Insurance
As of this edition, the organizers will not have life insurance coverage for horses. Please take note of this fact so that you make take the applicable measures.

By law, all horses participating in SICAB 2019 must have Liability Insurance.

Horses participating in any of the various ANCCE Cups, being that these horses have a Federation license, they are covered by Spain’s Royal Equestrian Federation insurance, thus, you need not count on insurance provided by the organizers.

Horses participating in the Conformation and Exhibition Competitions must purchase Liability Insurance through the actual entry form. Said fee will be indicated and included in the total amount due when making online payment. Should you use the conventional (paper) entry form, you will need to add ten euros (€10) per horse entered.

Remember that should an emergency arise, all expenses for transportation and veterinarian care of horses at clinics contracted by the organizers shall be paid for by the owner of that horse

To enter a horse, reserve a stand, receive breeder documentation or participate in SICAB 2019 in any way, you must be in good standing with all payments and economic obligations with ANCCE.
